Is there a product warranty?

Yes, all of our products have a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in excellent or unused condition within 30 days of having received it and we will provide a full refund (minus the shipping cost).

Additionally, all of our products are backed by a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. For the full warranty information, please click here.

Where are Folktek products made?

They are designed and assembled in the USA and manufactured in China.


ORDERS

Where is the tracking # for my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to your order status page. The order status page will contain a link to track your order via the shipping carrier's website.

If you cannot find or did not receive the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will be happy to assist you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you would like to cancel or modify your order prior to shipment, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email.

Does Folktek offer a student discount?

We offer a 7% discount for educational purposes. This discount applies to all actively enrolled students and faculty at schools and educational institutions around the world.

To request an educational discount, simply do one of the following:

Send us an email at customercare@folktek.com from your school-issued email address (example: john@school.edu) requesting an educational discount.

OR

Email customercare@folktek.com with a picture of your school-issued ID card.

Once confirmed, we will send you a promo code that can be used for a 7% discount off all items in our store. Simply enter the code we provide at checkout to apply the discount. The code we provide is a one-time, single-use promo code.

Only orders placed directly on our website are eligible for the discount. The educational discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are Folktek's shipping options?

For domestic shipments within the USA, we offer multiple services with USPS and UPS. For international shipments outside the USA, we offer UPS and DHL. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

Why am I being charged VAT and customs duties?

For international orders, 3Dio does not collect VAT or customs duties on behalf of the customer during the checkout process. 3Dio is not responsible for payment of import taxes. These taxes vary from country to country and are invoiced by the shipping carrier (DHL or UPS) prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs agency for rates and more information.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! We ship to most countries; basically anywhere that UPS or DHL offers delivery services. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

Why hasn't my package been delivered?

Unfortunately, shipping delays happen from time to time. For the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment, track the order on the shipping carrier's website (UPS, USPS or DHL).

How does international shipping work?

Ordering internationally is easy and we ship all over the world to most countries.

To order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.

After you enter your shipping information, our website will provide the available international shipping options (UPS or DHL) along with the calculated rate for the shipping address you provided.

Once you select your shipping options, just enter your payment information and complete the purchase.

Once your purchase is complete, we will package up your order and send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

The shipment info will be sent to the shipping carrier and they will contact you directly via phone or email to collect the VAT and/or customs duties due for your shipment.

Folktek does not collect VAT and/or customs duties for ALL shipments outside the US. The VAT charges are invoiced by the shipping carrier (UPS or DHL) and must be paid prior to accepting delivery. The shipping carrier will typically email an invoice to the package recipient prior to delivery, which can be paid online.
