Folktek offers multiple shipping options to locations all over the world. We ship via UPS & USPS for domestic orders (within the USA) and DHL & UPS for international orders. Please note that shipping timelines do not include order fulfillment time. We are a small company and strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to several business days for order fulfillment.

• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  
  
• Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
  
  
• Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
  
  
• International Shipments (delivery address outside the U.S.) are subject to import duties and value added taxes (VAT). Tariff rates vary from country to country. Folktek does not collect VAT on behalf of the customer. Folktek is not responsible for payment of VAT, import taxes or import fees. VAT and/or customs duties are invoiced and collected by the shipping carrier prior to delivery. The shipping carriers will charge a small fee for acting as the customs broker on your behalf. Folktek is not responsible for shipment exceptions, abandoned packages, or taxes or fees associated with the customs brokerage process. We highly recommend using the shipping carrier as a customs broker. Folktek is NOT responsible for packages that do not utilize the shipping carrier as a customs broker. Please check with your local customs agency for rates and more information.
  
  
• Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. We cannot guarantee exact transit times as clearance is subject to the discretion of the customs agencies.
  
  
• We ship ALL modules with signature required to prevent package theft. Folktek is not responsible for lost packages that are delivered when the recipient opts out of signature required (also called shipper release). Therefore, we do not recommend opting out of signature required.
  
  
• Some express shipping options may not be available during busy times.
  
  
• At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, & Iran.
